Types of Lasers :

Double Frequency YAG Laser – 532nm with attachment to indirect ophthalmoscope delivery
>> Diode Laser 810 nm
>> Laser indirect for treatment for retinopathy of prematurity , retinal holes etc.

Screening For Early Detection Of Diabetic Retinopathy

All patients who give history of diabetes are screened for presence of any retinal changes of diabetes. The pupils are dilated and a detailed retinal evaluation is done and treatment is advised accordingly.
